As mothers, and women, we are often taking care of everyone, our kids, our partners, our communities, our friends and families, and sometimes, we forget to take care of ourselves. We reach out in all directions and sometimes struggle to bring it back to center. It happens so easily, most of us do it, little by little, and then we forget who we are before our partners and before our kids, as we are.
In the Mothering the Mother program I listen to you, we go into deep discovery to unveil you, in all your roles and shapes, and your desires, wants and needs. Your messy and beautiful self.
When we become mothers our worlds are turned upside down and twirled around, and as far as I know they don’t go back to what they were before. But you can stay connected, or reconnect to yourself and figure out how to best be who you want to be, on the path of motherhood.
We start exactly where you are, with your issues and challenges and hangups and we uncover the radiant, frazzled, wonderful you, getting you to where you want to be.
So who is Mothering the Mother for? It’s for you who want to do the work to get to where you want to be. I’m not going to lie to you, that is part of the deal. I am your biggest cheerleader and supporter, but I will also tell you truths and ask you to ask yourself things that will challenge you. If you are not up for that transformation, that complete connection, this is not for you. It’s only for extraordinarily courageous women who want to find their most empowered and kickass selves.
Who is it not for? It’s not for you if you want a quick fix, if you are looking for a formulaeic solution that doesn’t require work. It’s also not for you if you are not looking for transformational results. If you are looking for some simple hacks or generic tips, this program is not for you.
If you would like to apply to join the fun, you can do it here. I can’t wait to see you feeling full of power and awesomeness.
