When I tell moms who have already have their babies what I do and how I help pregnant moms navigate their pregnancies, the first thing they say is always “I wish there was a person like you when I was pregnant”. The thing is, we don’t know what we don’t know and so many first time or even second time moms don’t realize that they have options, that they have choices and what those options and choices are.
